The Office of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Affairs coordinates all scientific affairs and higher education studies after undergraduate programs at the Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR). Postgraduate programs are actually resident in the various research centers and departments of KISSR. This office provides all scientific affairs to KISSR lectures and give the professional research support services to postgraduate students and their supervisors and coordinates postgraduate research endeavors in all faculties. The main function of the office is to coordinate all matters related to the provision of scientific affairs and higher education beyond the first degree. Doctorate, Master and Specialties Programs.
Mission
The Office of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Affairs is responsible for fostering and sustaining the excellence of Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR) scientific affairs and postgraduate programmes. Our research and learning environment is unique and in line with our policy of creating an excellent academic community for better education in the region of Iraqi Kurdistan. The Office’s key strategic strategy is to work together together with the Faculty Performance Committees, Research Assessment, Research Ethics, Career Creation together Higher Grades.
